We created a blend of essential oils-Ho Wood, Inula, Ravensara, wildcrafted Rosewood and Sandalwood essential oils into a base of organic Alba Botanicals unscented lotion.

Dispense 2-3 pumps into your fingertips and rub them together. You can rub the lotion into the bottom of your feet or rub them into you thymus gland, which is a large part of the immune system.

The essential oils have been properly diluted, even though they are safe to use directly on your skin, we recommend doing a patch test for sensitivity.
